FULLY LICENSED CONCRETE CONTRACTOR
Concrete is one of NPG’s areas of expertise—and unlike many paving contractors, we are fully licensed to perform it. Most paving companies that carry a C-12 contractor’s license are not correctly licensed by the State of California to perform concrete work. NPG Asphalt holds a Class (A) General Engineering, Class (B) General Building, and Class (C-12) Grading and Paving license, giving us the proper credentials and authority to handle all phases of concrete construction.
Since 1961, NPG has been delivering quality concrete work for commercial properties, HOA communities, municipalities, and residential customers across the Inland Empire and all of Southern California.

Curbs & Gutters
Properly installed curbs and gutters are essential for directing water flow, protecting pavement edges, and defining parking areas and roadways. Sidewalks & Walkways

Ribbon Gutters & V-Gutters
NPG installs ribbon gutters and V-gutters for streets, parking lots, and residential communities. These drainage elements are critical for directing water away from pavement surfaces and preventing the base damage that leads to potholes and pavement failure.
